A space where you can experience connection, compassion, and community.

Sometimes all we need is a space where we feel less alone. One where you can drop in, feel heard, and be surrounded by others who are also seeking empathy and care.

I currently offer weekly support groups and monthly events focused on grief and loss.

These offerings are best for those who are looking for a sense of community as they continue their own individual journeys of healing, self-reflection, and growth.

Choose a group below that best fits your needs. If a group is not currently in process, you can always sign-up to be on the waitlist.
