Therapy for those who feel like life is just passing them by.

Hi! I’m Chris Datiles (he/him), a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (#13266) based in Los Angeles.

As a queer Filipino therapist, my own experiences with grief and loss due to suicide, cancer, and intergenerational trauma brought me to this work.

I care deeply about helping individuals and couples release the pain and burdens they carry. All so that they can make decisions, set boundaries, and engage in their relationships and creativity in a way that is aligned with their needs, values, and the life they envision for themselves.

I help my clients learn how to balance caring for self while caring for others.

They’re curious about how to stay engaged and active even when the world feels like too much. They care deeply about breaking cycles and uplifting marginalized voices. They are passionate about their roles as educators, artists, organizers, and healthcare workers and don’t want to burn out. They have witnessed how grief changes the mind, body, and spirit, and are tired of feeling lost. They have sought help before, and want therapy that goes beneath the surface and let’s them get back to a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
