You know you're not made to run this hard. And yet, you keep going.

You have high expectations of yourself. You feel the constant pressure to be more productive, more efficient, and more put-together. You’re exhausted and tell yourself the right time will come to breathe, to rest, to take some time away.

But the wait is costing you — your relationship with yourself, with those you hold close, with your creativity. You want to feel more like yourself, and less of who the world wants you to be.

Therapy with me feels like coming up for air, and having a solid place to land.

I believe the parts of us that feel most broken are often the ones that have been working the hardest to keep us safe. My job isn't to fix you, it's to help you build a relationship with yourself that is honest, compassionate, and sustainable. One you don't feel like you're drowning in. One you can say you love and are proud of.

My clients are adults and couples who are still learning how to slow down — people who are navigating inner conflict, interpersonal tension, and the quiet ache of feeling like life is passing them by. I help them build a relationship with their nervous system, develop self-trust, and find new ways to understand who they are and what they need. Our work together is experiential and relational. We don't just talk about what you've been through, we work with it, together.

My Anchor

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and shaped by my training in Grief Therapy, Multicultural Counseling, Queer Feminist Studies, and Ethnic Studies. I believe that how you navigate the world cannot be separated from who you are — your identities, your culture, your history — and tailor therapy to your lived experiences

I've navigated my own losses through suicide, cancer, and the kind of generational silence and trauma that many Filipino, Asian American, and immigrant families know well. That grief brought me here, and it shapes how I show up for every client I work with.

FROM OUR WORK TOGETHER, MY CLIENTS HAVE SAID:

-“I can care for myself while caring for others.”

-“I have more room for rest and creativity.”

-“I’m confident in making decisions.”

-“My critical voice takes up less space.”
