LGBTQ+ Couples Therapy

Downtown Los Angeles In-Person and Online LGBTQ+ Affirming Couples Therapy
trans and non-binary gender exploration. cohabitation and marriage. loss and parenthood.

It’s possible to feel a sense of connection and support in your relationship as you navigate change.

In any relationship over time, intensity, and transitions there will be conflict. For LGBTQ+ Couples, our relationship models growing up oftentimes are only straight ones. Leaving you confused at how to navigate this stuck point with your partner. It takes courage and vulnerability to understand how to navigate these challenges with care and compassion, while also unlearning unhelpful patterns that perpetuate cycles of disconnection.

Through couples therapy I help clients learn how to engage in generative conflict and non-violent communication so that they feel connected and supported as they navigate change, transition, and loss together.
