Therapy Intensives in the Arts District, Los Angeles and Online
For those who are ready to go deeper.
Some of what you’re carrying needs more than an hour.
The grief that’s been waiting for years. The parts of yourself you’ve been circling without being able to land. The thing you haven’t been able to name that’s on the tip of your tongue just as the session ends.
You keep coming back. But the session ends before you can get there.
A therapy intensive creates the time and space to go there.
WHAT A THERAPY INTENSIVE IS:A 3-hour session. Long enough to arrive somewhere, stay there, and find your way through.
A space to stay with what’s happening and move all the way through it; instead of a space where you arrive, get oriented, do some work, and then stop just as something opens up.
A focused container for grief and IFS parts work, where the time allows the process to feel more complete.
A chance to slow down all the way and give your full attention to what’s been waiting.
Who Intensives Are For
A grief or IFS intensive may be the right fit if you've been doing meaningful work in therapy but haven't been able to get to where you're trying to go. Or if you're carrying grief that hasn't had space to breathe and want to give it real room; more than a weekly hour allows.
Some people come because life has made regular sessions difficult. A loved one is in hospice. You're traveling back home before or after a funeral. You're in Los Angeles for a limited time and want to do meaningful work while you're here. An intensive creates a container for that — concentrated, intentional time when you need it.
Intensives aren’t the right fit for everyone. They ask for a certain readiness and stability. A brief intake conversation before scheduling helps make sure it's the right choice.
The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence.

What We Work On
Grief and Loss
Extended grief sessions create more space to move with grief rather than just describe it. We'll get to the parts of you that are holding it, protecting you from it, or both — and stay there long enough for something to shift.
IFS Parts Work
Extended IFS sessions allow for deeper access to the parts of yourself that need your attention. The ones connected to grief, to old memories, to things you haven’t let yourself go towards yet. With more time, there's room to slow down, get curious, and actually be with what's there.
