Dear Grief is a space for you to express grief through writing. This can look like:
A letter to a loved one that has passed
A letter to yourself, with someone
A letter to someone who you know is going through a hard time.
A short poem or narrative
Facilitated by licensed therapist, Chris Datiles, you'll be guided through reflection prompts to help you express your grief through writing.
This activity will be featured at Self Love Sunday. This is a day of uplifting, nourishing yourself, and experiencing joy in community. From a sound bath, tarot readings, flower bouquets, to a clay exploration table, this day is all about treating yourself! DJ sets, art vendors, and food will also be featured! Self Love Sunday is presented by, Gentle River Collective, which is comprised of creative wellness workers collaborating to offer community nourishment.
